gfortran-arm-linux-gnueabi software package provides GNU Fortran 95 compiler for the armel architecture, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gfortran-arm-linux-gnueabi
gfortran-arm-linux-gnueabi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gfortran-arm-linux-gnueabi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gfortran-arm-linux-gnueabi *
You will get with gfortran-arm-linux-gnueabi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
